📋 Description

• Facilitate agile delivery for one or more teams supporting a large federal enterprise cloud platform • Help teams plan, execute, and continuously improve within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment • Remove impediments, coordinate across teams, and help ensure delivery meets scope, schedule, and quality commitments • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives • Coach teams on agile and SAFe practices and fostering continuous improvement • Identify and remove impediments and shielding teams from disruption • Track and communicate delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders • Coordinate with product owners, project managers, and program leadership to align priorities • Support PI planning and aligning team execution to program cadence • Promote predictable, high-quality delivery and team health • Proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation with program leadership • Communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders • Responsible for hiring, performance management, timecard reviews, PTO management and team development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's and 5+ years of experience; relevant experience may be substituted for education • 3+ years facilitating agile delivery for technology teams, including in a SAFe environment • Experience with agile project management tools • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust / suitability determination • Prior experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent agile certification • Experience coordinating across multiple teams
