• Manage Sell2Win workflows including scope changes, onboarding, and reorganizations • Prepare and process scheduled and ad hoc commission calculations aligned with plan rules • Maintain and audit data across dashboards, systems, and SharePoint to ensure accuracy and readiness • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and support plan effectiveness and competitiveness • Support annual and ad hoc target setting and ensure compliance with governance standards • Work closely with HR Sales Compensation, Rewards, Services, Sales Market Teams, Finance, HR Business Partners, and Tech & Data Analytics to deliver seamless compensation operations.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent experience • 2+ years in financial analysis, planning, or data analytics • Experience with compensation programs and performance-based payouts preferred • Familiarity with SAP and industry-standard analytics tools • Advanced Excel skills including data modeling and analysis • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Experience with reporting tools and dashboard management • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment • Effective collaboration across teams and levels
