📋 Description
• Lead and develop the data science function within the Employee Experience team • Set the technical vision and quality bar for advanced analytics and AI across People Analytics • Build predictive models to forecast workforce outcomes and inform people decisions • Partner with HR and business leaders to connect insights to goals and strategies • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of data scientists
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years in applied data science (ideally People Analytics) • 3-5+ years in a leadership role • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R • Expert knowledge of advanced statistical methods (e.g., causal inference, predictive modeling) • Ability to collaborate across functions and levels • Commitment to ethical use of employee data, privacy, fairness, and responsible AI.
