📋 Description

• Conduct Connection Calls with families during the admissions process • Explain AWA's PHP and IOP programming and answer clinical questions with accuracy and empathy • Partner with the Admissions team on handoffs and follow-up • Document calls and share relevant clinical information with the treatment team • Escalate when a family may need a higher or different level of care • Maintain availability to meet the 15-hour weekly minimum

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field • Registered intern (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI) or fully licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in Florida • Clinical experience with adolescents and families • Warm, confident phone presence with strong clinical communication skills
