🎯 Requirements

• California Bar Required • 2+ years of experience for Associate level • 5+ years of experience for Attorney level • Trial and arbitration preparation experience • Courtroom experience including motion practice, depositions, and mediations • Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills • Strong academic credentials and attention to detail • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
