📋 Description

• Lead quarterly NCUA Call Reports, financial performance reporting, and required Federal Home Loan Bank and Federal Reserve submissions. • Manage IRS Form 945, state tax withholdings, property tax filings, and CUSO tax and registry requirements. • Conduct variance and trend analyses and support annual budget and capital planning with actionable financial insights. • Resolve complex reporting issues and respond to ad hoc financial and regulatory requests. • Maintain key systems, including the lease database, MERIT, and investment broker compliance records. • Monitor financial and regulatory changes and advise leadership on necessary updates. • Improve accounting workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. • Support the AVP–Finance with special projects and strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • At least three years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, or a similar role • Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
