📋 Description

• This role is with a well-established, stable and growing firm located in the Concord/Walnut Creek area and is primarily remote; however, it is only open to candidates in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area who are able to come into an office on an as needed basis. • Will be focused on assisting the accounting team with preparing both complex Corporate and Individual (HNW) Tax returns. • This firm has a strong track record of promoting from within and manager level roles are also available. • Candidates with a desire to coach, mentor and lead teams are strongly preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of tax experience at a public accounting firm. • Strong technical proficiency with the preparation of complex Business and High Net Worth Individual tax returns. • Must have solid computer skills technical proficiency wit MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook) and with recognized complex tax accounting software (CCH ProSystem/Axcess or Lacerte). • Must be proactive and quick learner. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Bachelors with an emphasis on Accounting or a related field preferred. • CPA or EA preferred but not required.
