📋 Description
• Lead the company’s customer-facing product implementations • Orchestrate and drive successful project completions and mitigate risks • Build strong relationships with project stakeholders • Drive internal projects and process improvement initiatives to completion • Share lessons learned to identify and implement process improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience • 5-8 years of experience managing medium to large-scale implementation projects • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements • Ability to present and lead customer-facing group discussions • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience using MS Project and MS Access
