📋 Description

• Help improve the integration of our business systems, including HubSpot, Productive, and Google Workspace • Research, test, and implement AI tools and low-code solutions that improve team productivity • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks • Document workflows and recommend operational improvements • Support special projects focused on helping the business scale more effectively • Collaborate with leadership to define objectives and align on direction while serving as the primary owner responsible for implementation, execution, and driving initiatives through completion

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Curiosity about AI, automation, and business operations • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms • Comfortable learning and working with low-code tools and business software • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn • Ability to build workback timelines and manage assigned project work to meet deadlines
