📋 Description
• Collaborate with overall Navy/NAVFAC CAM and rest of Department of War team • Drive sustainable and reproducible Account growth for NAVY/NAVFAC Account with emphasis on Navy’s Pacific and West Regions • Develop opportunity targets based on market conditions and client acquisition strategies • Ensure bookings and pipeline align with monthly projections • Lead/manage key relationships at major clients: NAVY/NAVFAC Regions, Engineering Commands, Research & Development Centers • Maintain compliance with FAR and oversee contract performance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline • At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs • At least 4 years of leadership experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education • Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS travel driven by project and opportunity needs • US citizenship is required
