📋 Description
• Manage and monitor geophysical data acquisition by field geophysicists • Perform geophysical data processing and analysis for traditional digital geophysical mapping surveys and AGC mapping surveys • Serve as a mentor and provide technical guidance to practice area professional staff • Design and implement geophysical investigation plans for munitions response • Select and utilize various types of geophysical instruments • Prepare planning documents such as Munitions Response Quality Assurance Project Plans (MR-QAPP) • Conduct site visits as required
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in geophysics, geology or closely related field • 6 years of directly related munitions response geophysical experience and/or a demonstrated equivalence of experience and education • Valid U.S. Driver’s License • Must be US Citizens or permanent residents • Experience and proficiency utilizing Geosoft Oasis montaj UXO Land module • Experience and proficiency utilizing Geosoft Oasis montaj UX-Analyze module • Master’s degree in geophysics, geology, or closely related field (preferred) • Familiarity with all current MMRP guidance
