📋 Description

• Lead technical staff in the preparation of utility engineering designs, cost estimates, and customer billing • Manage the engineering aspects of multiple projects ranging from 34.5kV to 500kV • Assist in the development of technical staff through mentoring and instruction • Instruct technical staff in the use of computer systems, software, tools, and equipment • Manage professional communication with stakeholders • Coordinate internal/external reviews of designs prior to submissions • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement new policies and procedures • Maintain client relationships and seek new opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering • 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Active Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure • Experience with PLS-CADD, MFAD, AutoCAD • 5+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design • Advanced knowledge of overhead & underground Transmission facilities • Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
