• Lead complex programs across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets • Focus on regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement • Manage a team of remediation professionals • Drive program performance to meet and exceed client satisfaction and KPIs • Develop solutions to client problems/issues • Directly manage projects • Act as direct supervisor for a team of remediation professionals • Build trusting relationships with key contacts in client organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field • 10 years of experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • 2 years of leadership positions • US Citizenship or permanent residency required • P.G. or P.E. Licensed in California or Colorado, or Texas preferred • 10 years of experience within the environmental consulting industry preferred • 5 years focused on Oil and Gas clients in California, Colorado, or Texas preferred
