📋 Description

• Oversee semiconductor manufacturing or other advanced manufacturing projects • Lead semiconductor manufacturing facility design team to deliver projects • Manage project resources • Host and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders • Identify problems early and develop creative solutions • Manage AECOM’s semiconductor manufacturing facility design team • Proactively communicate with all stakeholders to provide project updates • Develop technical and financial proposals • Build trusting relationships with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering • ten (10) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • including 2 years of leadership experience • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License preferred • 10 years of relevant experience in design and/or project management • 5 years of experience in semiconductor design • Excellent communication (written/oral) • Emotional intelligence and situational awareness • Strong interpersonal judgment • Situational adaptability • Team leadership skills
