📋 Description

• Architectural design for large scale hyperscale cloud data center projects • Collaborate with internal engineering disciplines and external stakeholders • Develop and review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and permitting authorities • Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for clients • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers • Support business development and proposal writing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience • Experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects • Knowledge of building codes and mission critical infrastructure standards • Proficiency in BIM ACC (Revit), AutoCAD, and related design tools • Active U.S. Architectural license preferred • LEED accreditation or equivalent sustainable design credentials preferred • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
