📋 Description

• Participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment. • This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring a strong work ethic and a willingness to work at heights. • Primarily day travel within assigned territory. • Occasional overnight travel (2–5 nights per week, depending on job location).

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ years old • Must pass a drug test • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Basic computer skills and strong organizational habits • Excellent communication skills • Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions • Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather • Physically and mentally able to climb and work at heights over 150' • Supply own basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor gear • OSHA safety compliance is required.
