📋 Description

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Build solid business cases in collaboration with business stakeholders. • Oversee and manage the portfolio of prioritized IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle ensuring achievement of business cases. • Lead and manage IT projects through the entire project lifecycle. • Train team leaders and other project managers to ensure consistent project delivery in alignment with IT Project management processes. • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. • Regularly report project status to project stakeholders. • Lead the Business Analysis of our internal Service Now requirements as we evolve our IT project management processes focused on our intake and prioritization of work processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college/university degree in either information technology, computer science, software engineering, or business management. • Experience in successfully building an IT program management office in a global manufacturing environment. • 8-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of PM process development and execution. • 5-8 years direct experience leading IT projects. • Experience leading business transformation and organizational change management initiatives. • Excellent skill in combining project management practices with software development. • Exceptional skill in time management, multitasking, and attention to detail. • Proven leadership skills and excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation). • Proven experience in developing compelling business cases and delivering expected ROIs. • Proven experience in delivering status reports and presentations to multiple stakeholders at all level of the organization.
