âą Manage high-volume inbound calls and execute outbound calls for appointment scheduling. âą Provide exceptional service while demonstrating a clear, professional phone voice. âą Efficiently utilize multiple digital systems and platforms simultaneously. âą Commit to continuous learning and adaptation to new software and processes. âą Maintain meticulous records and ensure accuracy in all interactions, directly impacting patient scheduling and service delivery.
âą Fluency in both English (with an American accent) and Spanish is mandatory. âą Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. âą Strong work ethic with a demonstrated capacity for independent work and self-sufficiency. âą A consistently positive, upbeat, and collaborative attitude. âą Comfortable with high call volumes and prolonged phone usage. âą Availability to work one of the following 40-hour weekly shifts: âą Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST âą Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST âą Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST âą Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST âą Essential Home Office Setup: âą Reliable, high-speed internet connection with: âą Ping: No higher than 20ms âą Download: No lower than 10 Mbps âą Upload: No lower than 4 Mbps âą Dedicated computer (Chrome notebooks are not compatible with our platforms). âą Dual monitors or willingness to acquire an additional monitor/screen. âą Quiet, distraction-free home workspace. âą Interest in a long-term position, recognizing the investment in comprehensive training.
