📋 Description

• Run the office of the CEO, coordinating the CEO's focus and priorities • Provide strategic external communications support • Field and triage meeting requests on behalf of the CEO • Act as a proxy for the CEO in decision-making and follow-ups • Partner with the CEO's EA on scheduling, travel, expenses and inbox management • Lead and own executive communications for the CEO • Lead and own CEO and executive media relations • Manage the Lead, Communications • Serve as ad-hoc capacity to incubate new initiatives • Build lightweight, AI-powered tools and workflows that make the Office of the CEO faster • Program manage the aiEDU Advisory Board

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in roles that blend strategy, communications, and fast-paced execution • Exceptional written communication skills • High fluency with AI tools • Strong project management skills • Analytical mindset with comfort building lightweight dashboards • High EQ and strong interpersonal skills • A bias toward action and an ownership mentality • Comfort operating in ambiguity • Passion for equity in education
