📋 Description

• Support day-to-day operations of more than 1,200 EV charging ports within the Plug-In Everywhere Network. • Process incentives and verify compliance for Austin Energy Electric Vehicle rebate programs. • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. • Support data validation, quality assurance, and reporting accuracy across multiple EV programs and platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability of EV operations and enhance the customer charging experience. • Participate in outreach and education events to promote EV programs and adoption. • Provide regular operational updates to management and stakeholders. • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer service. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Manage and analyze large datasets using Excel and other reporting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in project or program coordination/management • 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools, with an emphasis on Excel reporting • 1-3 years of customer service experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • 2-3 years of experience with climate action solutions • 2-3 years of experience with electric vehicles and related technologies • Candidates selected for interview may be required to undergo a criminal background check and a drug screen in accordance with Federal and State Law.
