📋 Description
• Act as a strategic partner for the CEO, CFO, and Regional Business Leads • Oversee Airwallex’s global forecasting engine and develop statistical models • Lead development of causal inference frameworks • Drive AI roadmap to optimize insights and business efficiency • Scale and lead a team of data scientists and engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or applied ML • 5+ years leading teams at scale • Strong expertise in causal inference, time-series forecasting, applied ML • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R • Experience with modern data stacks (Airflow, Databricks, dbt, Snowflake) • Experience working directly with executive leadership • Hands-on experience with advanced forecasting, causal inference, or machine learning models
