📋 Description
• Airwallex is the only unified payments and financial platform for global businesses. • We're looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Partnerships, to be based in San Francisco or New York to own our key strategic relationships. • The ideal candidate is a self-starter and ‘out of the box’ thinker who has worked in the payments and/or financial services industry. • Experience building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions in the US and the Americas is essential for this role. • You must have a strong network of banking partners, card schemes, and payment networks to help Airwallex scale.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience working with financial institutions, card schemes, and payment networks. • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to build and maintain relationships. • A good understanding of compliance and onboarding with global and regional banks. • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial teams. • International experience - working in multiple markets or managing cross-border relationships. • A proven track record of working with technology-led businesses in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • You are an exceptional communicator. • You thrive under pressure. • You have strong negotiation skills. • You’re a team player.
