📋 Description

• Operate as the technical partner to Growth, Marketing, Sales and Data Science leaders • Lead and mentor the team in applying data science techniques • Establish insight-driven approaches to address key business problems • Build scalable measurement frameworks for data-driven decision making • Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders • Translate business problems into clearly defined data science initiatives • Mentor and coach junior data scientists and act as technical owner

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years industry experience in a quantitative field • Proven experience mentoring or leading data science or data analytics teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated experience applying data science to drive growth initiatives • Strong skills in SQL and Python/R • Experience with data modeling is a plus • Experience in technology, financial services and/or a high growth environment is advantageous
