📋 Description

• Serve as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to support and optimize the organization’s Workday Financials platform. • Responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and ongoing enhancements that enable financial operations across the healthcare enterprise. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support financial systems strategy, and ensure Workday solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and healthcare industry standards. • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and operational leaders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions. • Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, reports, and analytics to support financial decision-making. • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 3–7 years of experience supporting Workday Financials or similar ERP systems. • Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, budgeting, procurement). • Experience with reporting tools within Workday (e.g., Workday Report Writer, dashboards). • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
