• Serve as primary point of contact for third-party distributors • Support firm initiatives by maintaining relationships and qualifying new prospects • Identify and position financial products to align with advisor client needs • Profile and qualify advisors to uncover new business opportunities • Contribute to sales tools and marketing collateral • Deliver product education and training to internal and external audiences • Build relationships with producers through outreach and meetings • Partner with external wholesalers for meetings and activities coordination • Prepare and deliver monthly activity reports to Internal Sales Desk Manager • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Undergraduate degree required • GPA of 3.0 or above • 3-5 years of internal or external wholesaling experience in mutual fund or equivalent industry • FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations required • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred • Comprehensive knowledge of mutual fund/financial products • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
