• Drive end-to-end coordination across all transformation workstreams, keeping interdependencies visible and teams aligned on shared goals. • Establish and maintain consistent milestone tracking, reporting, and accountability mechanisms across every team involved in the initiative. • Run centralized program communications and scheduling, serving as the single source of truth for status, timelines, and stakeholder updates. • Anticipate and address change management needs as the program scales, helping teams adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing operations or media operations, ideally within a large, complex organization. • Strong, practical AI skillset, with the ability to evaluate, apply, and guide adoption of AI tools and workflows. • Proven program or project management track record across cross-functional teams and concurrent workstreams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable driving accountability across teams you do not directly manage. • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives is strongly preferred. • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
