📋 Description

• Lead strategic product initiatives within the Benefits Administration portfolio. • Manage a team of senior Product Managers and Product Owners. • Define and drive product strategy for Reimbursement Account Solutions, Verification Services Solutions, and Compliance Solutions. • Oversee large, complex, multi-year product initiatives. • Develop a deep understanding of client and member needs within benefits administration. • Ensure products meet all applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in benefits administration or employee benefits, with increasing responsibility in product roles. • Proven track record of leading large, complex enterprise product initiatives. • Experience managing and developing teams of senior Product Managers and Product Owners. • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and build alignment across functions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field or corresponding experience required. • Benefits certification (e.g., CEBS), MBA or advanced degree preferred.
