• Review and process new and renewal licensing applications for accuracy and compliance. • Track state insurance and TPA regulatory changes to ensure all credentials remain current. • Maintain organized, secure, and audit‑ready licensing records. • Provide guidance on licensing requirements and respond to inquiries from staff and partners.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in TPA licensing AND insurance producer/entity licensing. • Solid understanding of state statutes and regulatory terminology. • Proficiency with databases, MS Office, and AI/Copilot tools.
