• Lead Enterprise ERP Implementation and Transformation • Govern Platform Operations and Continuous Improvement • Drive Financial Systems Data Strategy and Integration • Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Financial Controls • Manage Vendor and Systems Integrator Relationships • Align Technology Strategy with Finance Business Objectives • Build, Lead, and Develop a High-Performing Team
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience • Minimum of 5 years in a Director or Senior Director capacity managing enterprise financial applications • Experience leading at least two full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials (ERP) • Deep functional understanding of core Finance workflows: accounting-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash • Demonstrated experience managing Systems Integrator relationships and enterprise software vendor contracts • Experience working in a regulated industry environment with exposure to SOX, HIPAA, or equivalent financial/data compliance requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
