• Lead MRA Data Operations and Ecosystem Quality • Drive Analytical Insights and Program Performance Reporting • Ensure Audit Readiness, Data Governance, and Compliance • Partner Strategically with Finance and Clinical Stakeholders • Direct and Develop the MRA Analytics Team
🎯 Requirements
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in healthcare data, analytics, or data operations • Proven experience leading or managing data teams • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end data pipelines • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's preferred • Expertise in Medicare Risk Adjustment operations
