📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and track the progress of product-related requests • Collaborate closely with leadership and other members of the product management team on our team’s priorities • Research and gather information necessary to assist with responses to product inquiries • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining product documentation • Works with product leadership to establish structure for product documentation and organization of product portfolio • Assist in producing and maintaining product training materials – including, but not limited to, external user guides, product descriptions, internal reference guides • Support our coordination with marketing on the creation of product collateral • Collaborate and develop relationships with internal teams including operations, sales, account management, marketing, and others • Help assess new product opportunities and partnerships, as needed • Support product management team with initiatives and special projects • Performs other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • At least 3 years of relevant experience in product/portfolio management or similar role • Project management skills a plus • Prior experience in health insurance industry strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
