📋 Description

• Investigating moderate represented claims including UM/UIM claims in car accidents • Handling complex CPL claims or specialized claims • Taking recorded statements and resolving loss of use claims • Negotiating and settling or referring bodily injury issues

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in liability investigations, bodily injury claim evaluations, and negotiation • Casualty claim handling experience is required • Previous experience with UM/UIM bodily injury claims handling • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone • Ability to work independently and remotely • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
