📋 Description

• Investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, which result in property damage and/or bodily injury. • Assessing coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service. • Customer communication through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages. • Engaging in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of claims adjusting and bodily injury adjusting experience. • Previous experience in bodily injury claims handling or a related field preferred. • Colossus evaluation experience a plus. • Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone. • Ability to work independently and remotely, while managing time efficiently. • Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
