📋 Description

• Responsible for granting settlement authority on highly complex claims. • Provides recommendations on requests to go to trial on cases where the gross exposure is in excess of MCO authority. • Handles catastrophic losses, litigated files, and rejected tenders in highly challenging venues. • Collaborates with Field leadership on additional steps to be taken regarding claims.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience managing bodily injury litigation claims and homeowners liability exposures. • Proficiency in handling complex, high-exposure bodily injury and litigation claims. • Authorization to work in the United States, as it is not our practice to sponsor individuals for work visas.
