📋 Description
• Provide superior customer service to clients with vehicle repair needs • Virtually inspect vehicle damage and write repair estimates • Negotiate settlements with repair facilities and customers • Utilize various tools and tactics to handle claims effectively • Maintain accurate documentation in claims system • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video chat
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years or more experience writing auto collision estimates • Prior experience using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One • Must obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets within 60 days of hire • Must maintain all licensing required for your role, including continuing education
