📋 Description
• Provide a superior level of customer service and attention to customers with vehicle repairs • Virtually inspect damage to vehicles and write damage repair estimates • Complete total loss valuations and negotiate settlements with various parties • Investigate casualty claims by performing detailed reviews and interpreting policies • Use various communication methods to guide customers through claims processes • Evaluate and negotiate claims settlements in accordance with legal and business practices • Utilize multiple tools for estimating and documenting claims accurately • Execute policies and maintain records in a claims system
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years or more experience writing auto collision estimates • Prior experience using an auto estimating program such as: CCC One • Notice of Licensing Requirement: As a condition of employment, you may be expected to obtain an adjuster’s license in multiple markets • All required licenses will need to be obtained within 60 days of hire • Maintain all licensing required for your role, including any continuing education and/or other state-affiliated requirements for licensing renewal.
