📋 Description
• Create or audit estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage claims. • Ensure accurate evaluation and appropriate claim disposition. • Build relationships with internal and external customers across multiple lines. • Make decisions on best settlement options based on alternatives.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in field-based auto damage estimating • Knowledge of the content of all policy types written by the company • Ability to negotiate settlements and document all activities • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices. • Experience in training and mentoring others on material damage claims.
