📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional service to policyholders by performing on-site inspections and settling claims promptly. • Handle virtual claims using tools such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration. • Focus on water losses and other perils such as minor fire, wind/hail, and miscellaneous property claims. • Maintain accurate records in the claims system and provide expert guidance to customers during challenging situations.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in property adjusting, water mitigation, or independent adjusting, along with estimating. • Xactimate proficiency highly desired. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as part of the job requirements. • Residency within the Portland area is mandatory for this role. • Required qualifications include the ability to carry a 50-pound ladder and access a 6/12 pitch on a roof.
