📋 Description

• Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely enterprise financial and operational reporting. • Ensure data integrity by driving systematic improvements that automate, streamline, and modernize reporting processes. • Design, develop, and maintain highly complex, interactive dashboards and infographics using BI tools (primarily Power BI). • Independently build advanced financial and operational reports, ensuring accuracy and usability. • Drive reporting efficiency through automation, standardization, and modernization initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards. • Lead end-to-end reporting lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation. • Develop innovative data visualization solutions to clearly communicate insights and support business decision-making. • Mentor and cross-train junior consultants; support leadership in talent development and succession planning.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX) • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting automation) • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (minimum 6 months experience) • Experience with data visualization, reporting automation, and BI tools • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a cross-functional environment.
