📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues, implement solutions, and drive improvements • Design environment sizing, application deployment, disaster recovery, and architecture direction for application portfolios and environment support teams • Develop and maintain application infrastructure roadmaps • Monitor the current environment/tool status, performance, and capacity using dashboards • Provide technical and professional leadership for supported applications and coach junior level Engineers • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support for the scheduling package

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or platform engineering • Proven experience supporting Linux and Windows environments in an enterprise setting • Strong hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting • UNIX/Linux shell scripting • Experience with datacenter technologies (networking, firewall, database, virtualization, access management) • Demonstrated knowledge of security protocols, particularly SSL certificate management • Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring/observability tools • Experience supporting batch processing environments and scheduling systems software • Familiarity with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments
