📋 Description

• Completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives accurately and within established timelines • Participates in and contributes to operational process improvement projects that enhance customer experience and service delivery • Owns, manages, and executes at least one critical recurring operational process to ensure consistent and high-quality service • Tracks individual performance, project milestones, and timelines to support timely and effective customer outcomes • Composes and communicates professionally in all interactions including phone calls, memos, letters, and emails • Evaluates existing operational procedures and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction • Supports the development, design, and implementation of new processes that improve operational effectiveness and customer experience • Monitors due dates and deliverables to ensure timely completion and submission of materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
