📋 Description

• Provide strategic partnership to the executive and senior leadership team of an Area of Responsibility (AOR) or Market Facing Business (MFB). • Work closely with leaders and stakeholders to deliver high-impact talent initiatives that drive business value. • Consult on broad business strategies to elevate talent-driven initiatives. • Deliver evidence-based consulting on strategic talent initiatives and organizational transformation. • Build strong relationships across HR and business leadership to establish credibility and trust. • Influence and enable change to support business growth and talent priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience across HR, organizational effectiveness, strategic consulting, or related areas. • Proven experience advising and partnering with senior leaders on complex HR programs and initiatives. • Demonstrated success developing and executing talent strategies aligned to business priorities. • Proven ability to operate independently in a consultative, executive-facing environment. • Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge thinking, and build credibility across HR and business leadership.
