🎯 Requirements
• Remote, U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required for this position due to federal contract requirements. • Experience providing application-level 24x7 production support, including ServiceNow incident support, root-cause analysis inputs, log reviews, monitoring dashboard analysis, release support, vulnerability remediation implementation, and operational documentation.
