• Own the design process for complex web and mobile applications • Champion user needs throughout the product development lifecycle • Shape and evolve design processes and rituals • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring projects to life • Manage multiple product and feature launches
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience in product design • Experience leading a team of designers • Passion for understanding user needs through research and metrics • Facilitate alignment across product, engineering, and other relevant teams • Experience with API based products • Systems Level Thinking ability
