📋 Description

• Interpret and enter clinical information for daily incoming cases across any specialty • Clinical information may be obtained from test requisition forms, attached medical records and pedigrees, or communications with ordering clinicians • Maintain clinical data records as updated information is provided to Ambry • Follow-up with ordering clinicians as needed or as directed by supervisor for clarification of detail in records and requisition of additional records • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology - related field or equivalent healthcare or laboratory-related work experience • Good interpersonal/communication skills • General knowledge of computers and navigating databases • Self-motivated and team-oriented • Strong attention to detail • Interest in genetic counseling career, and/or previous lab experience a plus • Previous experience working with medical records abstraction, data entry, or data management preferred
