📋 Description

• Support the Senior Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing out DDC control system projects • Assist in defining project requirements, goals, and deliverables • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional project teams • Help manage project budgets by tracking project expenses • Support the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients • Participate in project meetings and document meeting minutes • Conduct project site visits and inspections • Contribute to the management of project change orders • Assist in maintaining accurate project documentation • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management or controls engineering • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as required • Basic understanding of controls engineering principles, building automation systems, and DDC controls • Familiarity with project management concepts, methodologies, and tools • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
