📋 Description

• Achieve or exceed profit margin targets based on budget expectations • Manage and execute special service-related projects from initiation through completion • Collaborate with service leadership, field technicians, and other departments to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop contingency plans • Track project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation • Serve as a liaison between field operations, customers, and internal stakeholders • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation • Organize internal and external resources and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business • Leverage existing relationships and develop new relationships to introduce, identify, and grow our industrial refrigeration business • Identify larger Capital Project Leads and hand off to Engineering Sales Team • Regular attendance at teams meetings • Assist in development of growth initiatives • Share intel about customers/competitors/trends

🎯 Requirements

• Project management and execution experience • Budget tracking and resource allocation skills • Ability to collaborate with service leadership, field technicians, and other departments • Risk identification and contingency planning • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Business development and relationship-building experience in industrial refrigeration • Ability to provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership • Regular attendance at team meetings
