• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes • Follow individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA • Collect accurate session data and document progress • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development • Build positive, professional relationships with families and clients • Participate in ongoing training and supervision • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality care
• High school diploma required • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred (strong advantage) • Reliable transportation (must be able to commute to client homes) • Strong interest in working with children with developmental needs • Patient, professional, and dependable attitude • Willingness to complete RBT certification (support provided)
