📋 Description

• Own operational execution end-to-end for promos, webinars, email campaigns, and related workflows • Lead a pod, set priorities, review work, and hold the pod to deadlines and quality standards • Own training operations, ensure sessions run as planned • Investigate and resolve issues when events, automations, or processes fail • Build, maintain, and enforce SOPs, QA checklists, trackers, and internal documentation • Maintain simple views of delivery status, event performance, and pod output

🎯 Requirements

• Strong coordination experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles • Proven ability to deliver projects on time through structure, not heroics • Experience enforcing deadlines, addressing underperformance directly and escalating patterns with evidence • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) • Familiar with project and task tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar) • Experienced with webinar and event tools (Zoom, AEvent, or equivalents) • Familiar with CRM and email platforms (HubSpot, Ongage, or similar)
