• Assist in the develop of regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue objectives within their market through agency partnerships and direct sales. • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners (agents), clients, and nonprofit industry stakeholders. • Assist agency partners with sales and marketing of Unemployment Insurance (UI) Programs and ancillary products to help them expand their books of business in the nonprofit sector. • Assist agency partners at point of sale from data collection through underwriting process to sales presentation to client onboarding. • Support existing and new clients within UI Programs with and customer issues up to and through the renewal process. • Collaborate with marketing, Third Party Administrators, and operations teams to support sales and client relation initiatives. • Present webinars and in person sessions to individuals and groups as needed. • Attend client meetings or events, agent trainings or events, and conferences both local and national as needed. • Travel will be required up to but not limited to 30% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (but not required) • Sales experience (2+ years) in B2B sales preferred, or 2 years of forward-facing client services • Proactive "self-starter" who can manage their own calendar, set goals, and drive their own activity • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Public speaking experience • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on goals • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative environments. • Participation in competitive team sports or collegiate athletics is highly valued.
